Full color shaded relief maps of 49 states (all except Alaska) and individual 1 ̊x 1 ̊tiles of which they are composed. These tile maps are presented as uncompressed TIFF images in 24 bit color and can be imported into and georeferenced in ArcView and Arc/Info GIS software. Map images have been computed from a 6 arc second subset of the USGS 3 arc second gridded elevation database. Map tiles are at a scale of 1:530,000.
